Recruitarian LLC does not operate as a recruitment agency, staffing firm, headhunter, or employer. We do not source candidates on your behalf, we do not interview candidates on your behalf, and we do not make hiring decisions.

The information, insights, and recommendations provided by Recruitarian, including our AI-generated summaries, Copilot chat responses, and generated interview questions, do not constitute legal, financial, HR compliance, or professional employment advice.

You should not act upon information generated by the platform without independent professional verification. For questions regarding employment law, EEOC compliance, discrimination policies, or contracting, you must consult your own qualified legal counsel.

Recruitarian utilizes advanced artificial intelligence (including Large Language Models) to parse unstructured resumes, generate candidate summaries, map skills, and recommend interview questions. While we continuously strive for high accuracy, AI outputs are inherently probabilistic.

You acknowledge that the platform may occasionally produce outputs that contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, misinterpretations, or omissions. Recruitarian LLC does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated text, score, or recommendation. Resume parsing limitations may occur with heavily stylized PDFs or non-standard formats.

Recruitarian LLC cannot and does not guarantee that using our platform will result in a successful hire, reduced time-to-fill, or improved employee retention. We provide no warranty regarding the quality of candidates processed through the platform.

Furthermore, Recruitarian LLC does not verify the truthfulness, authenticity, or accuracy of any information submitted by candidates. We do not perform background checks, identity verification, or credential validation unless explicitly stated otherwise via a verified third-party integration.

You are solely responsible for all employment decisions made using the platform. Recruitarian strictly mandates a "Human in the Loop" approach for all hiring workflows.

Our Match Scores, candidate rankings, and AI analyses are strictly informational data points designed to complement human judgment. They must never be used as the sole basis for hiring, rejecting, or advancing a candidate. You are entirely responsible for independently verifying education, employment history, references, certifications, criminal records, and work authorization before making any employment decisions.

You are exclusively responsible for ensuring that your hiring practices comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international employment laws, including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations, anti-discrimination laws, and fair credit reporting acts.

While Recruitarian provides anti-bias tools by redacting certain demographic information, we do not guarantee that the mere use of our platform automatically renders your hiring process legally compliant.

The platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, APIs, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and services (such as authentication providers or payment gateways). These integrations are provided solely for your convenience.

Recruitarian LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, accuracy, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities.

The Recruitarian platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, or uninterrupted operation of the service.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from bugs, viruses, technical errors, or data loss. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical candidate data. Recruitarian LLC is not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or technical failures outside of our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Recruitarian LLC, its founders, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, business losses, reputational damage, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any poor hiring decisions, discrimination claims, employment disputes, or compliance failures; (iii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Recruitarian LLC, its founders, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

This indemnification applies to claims resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the platform; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) any hiring decision, employment dispute, discrimination claim, or regulatory violation arising directly or indirectly from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may alter algorithms, AI models, scoring mechanisms, and features at our sole discretion to improve the service.

This Disclaimer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Recruitarian LLC is registered (Wyoming, USA), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Disclaimer will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
